Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Chatter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time - continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Chatter. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Chatter cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Community Standards
Chatter is a place for neighbors to connect respectfully. You agree not to post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, or illegal. You agree not to impersonate others, spam the platform, or attempt to disrupt service. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post on Chatter. By posting, you grant Chatter a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your posts or profile information.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Chatter to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content. You may not attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission. Commercial advertising is only permitted through our official advertising program.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Disclaimer
Chatter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content posted on the platform.
