How to request account and data deletion
Request deletion
You can request deletion of your Chatter account and associated personal data at any time. Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account. Include your Chatter username if you know it and state that you want your account deleted.
We will respond to and process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data, including your profile and content such as posts, comments, and messages, subject to information we must retain for legal, safety, or security reasons.
Signed in? You can also start a request from Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion.
