Child Safety

Chatter / Chatter LLC

The safety of children is important to Chatter. These standards apply to all content and behavior on our platform. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Our child-safety standards

Chatter prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or attempts to solicit minors, sexualization of minors, and content or conduct that facilitates the abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of children. Do not create, upload, share, request, or promote this material or behavior on Chatter.

How to report a concern

To report a post while using Chatter, open the post’s menu (the three-dot menu) and select Report. This submits an in-app report without sending you outside the app. For a child-safety concern that is not attached to a post, or if you cannot use the in-app option, email us at chatternet6@gmail.com. Include relevant context, such as a username or link, but do not email, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM.

Review and enforcement

Chatter reviews reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other appropriate action. Chatter / Chatter LLC will refer suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law and will respond to valid legal requests.

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement directly. Do not rely on an email or an in-app report as an emergency response channel.
